Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 Pandemic your order will see significant delays; Due to the most recent lockdown measures we are struggling to keep up with the order volume so please be patient as ourselves and the couriers work safely to get your sweets to you!

The combination of greatly increased uptake of online shopping, and the ongoing COVID restrictions, mean that all delivery companies are experiencing exceptionally high volumes.

Every single parcel and letter is important to us. Despite our best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than our usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes we are seeing, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures we have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep our people and customers safe. In such cases, we always work hard to get back to providing our usual level of service as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding"

Dispatch/shipment time 

We are aiming to ship within 3 Working Days from when an order is placed. We are working all hours non stop so please do be patient as we try our best to fufill your order.  

Once your order is dispatched / shipped

Once the order has been dispatched you may see more delays with the couriers as they work effortlessly to keep the UK post moving they are also under increased demand and we are seeing an average of 3-7 days from dispatch for more orders to arrive regardless of shipping method paid. This is a guideline however and royal mail have stressed the interruptions caused by COVID-19 are ongoing and delays can be much longer; as a small business we ask people to be patient as your parcels will arrive.



If you have a subscription it will see significant delays but we will always ship the ones you have paid for so if you have one a month it will be shipped once a month, so don't worry if the payment has been taken and it hasn't arrived as it will be coming that period.
